The location here is great, perfect for visiting Plaza del Sol on foot, and just 16 miles from the airport, plus the attentive staff is always helpful.

The breakfast had a delicious variety of options to choose from.

Everything was nice, excellent service, decent location very close to the Expo, a mall and Guadalajara. They gave us spotless double room with comfortable beds. Appreciated the location very close to everything around the city.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to a nearby mall and a variety of great restaurants. Being situated on a busy avenue allows for convenient transportation options. The staff provides attentive service, ensuring that basic amenities are well-maintained and rooms offer comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a Mexican flair and the option to enjoy chef-prepared dishes in real-time.

bed is very uncomfortable and the pool water was dirty

I liked that it has private covered parking, I liked that without any problem they changed my room from an extra large bed to 2 double beds, the location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, I liked that there was no problem for the TV and wifi, I liked that it didn't take us 30 seconds to check out, the curtains are excellent if you want to sleep late or if you are bothered by any trace of light.

I didn't like that they took too long to check in and didn't have my reservation on the computer so I had to look it up in my email. beds are not so comfortable, as they only have a middle back and sides fold very easily (at least mine), pillows are very thick, beds need at least a blanket because even without air conditioning it's cold, I didn't like that they woke me up to take a soup... Obviously they got the wrong room, too bad the other rooms also sounded like bumps and so on.

The hotel's central location, delicious breakfast buffet, free WIFI service, great cleaning and service, friendly and professional staff.

Did not give enough towels we where 5 and only got 2 and the blanket was not changed only the bed sheets.

The staff was helpful. The location was good and unbeatable. Reasonably spacious rooms had climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was really pleased with the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall experience. Secondly, the hotel is located on an important avenue, making it very close to everything around the city. Whether you need to go to the Expo center or visit a plaza, you won't have to travel far. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities provided. The rooms had comfortable beds which ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious Mexican cuisine cooked by a chef in real-time. I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely return if I have the chance.
